The room was immensely comfortable and spacious, great for a city break near Central Station. The staff were friendly, and the amenities were impressive. However, the unreliable heating system made the stay chilly in December. Despite this, the hotel stored our luggage after checkout, which was convenient.

the rooms are spacious with excellent views and the most comfortable beds. The staff, although a bit clueless, were friendly. Only downside is the smaller breakfast selection. 🌟

However, reception staff needed training on check-in and check-out procedures. Breakfast was decent but limited, and the soap refill service was lacking. The hotel is conveniently located, just one tram stop from Amsterdam Centraal.

The Lobby & Lounge Bar had a fancy name, served fancy cocktails, and had fancy views. The hotel also had a big meeting room, a restaurant with a continental breakfast buffet, and a Silk Bar with Swiss apple cake. The staff provided some necessities, how thoughtful!
